• Suspicious, fraudulent, or prohibited activity is detected on or in connection with the account.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.
• bdg444 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction.

Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for twelve or more consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳500 per month, deducted from the account's available real-money balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the account holder. bdg444 will make reasonable efforts to notify you of impending inactivity fees before they are applied.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All deposits to and withdrawals from bdg444 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdg444 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Currency and conversion: bdg444 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). If a payment provider processes your transaction in a different currency, any resulting conversion fees are borne by you, and bdg444 is not responsible for exchange rate differences between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

bdg444 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal request pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other prohibited activity associated with the account.

Betting Rules and Game Play

All sports bets and casino game rounds placed on bdg444 are final once confirmed. bdg444 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been submitted and accepted by the platform, except in the circumstances described below.

bdg444 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where:

• The bet or game round was placed or completed as a result of a system error, technical fault, or manifest pricing error on the part of bdg444 or any of its game or data providers.
